Responsibility and Ownership:

The enclosed information should answer most customer questions. Your review and signature is required as part of our diligent pursuit of excellence in the field of home surfacing products. For customers putting a deposit down, your deposit is acceptance of the terms and conditions regardless if a signature is added to this document. If a customer fails to deliver a deposit y the date of agreement, this will be considered default and the buyer will be responsible for costs incurred, liquidator damages, lost time for job estimator, lost profit, etc.

Deposits

Deposits are not 100% refundable: As they reflect a commitment to a purchase, a restocking charge applies to all refunds and or cancellations. The carges shall be determined at the time of refund and will be no less than 50% of the final invoice plus a termination of contract fee of $450.00. Refunds Shall only be granted within the 30 day period following the purchase, any and all refunds requested after 330 days will not be honored as after 30 the deposit is void, Failure to prepare any of the items in the company policy may result in a trip charge of $190.00. ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC will not be liable for more than the final invoice amount. No guarantee is expressed for a start date or completion date unless otherwise agreed upon and specified in writing by ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC. Title to all goods on this order shall remain with the seller “ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC” until paid for in full. All merchandise is personal property of ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC until the full amount due is paid. Delays may occur, we will advise clients with as much anticipation as possible but sometimes cancellations are at the last minute. We will NOT provide any compensation for cancellation due to weather, material or unforeseen events.

Colors and thickness Characteristics

All material including but not limited to granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, dolomite, Calcutta are subject to variation in shade, color, marking, fissures, fills, dye lot, tone, etc. It is common for manufacturers to fill, glue, resin, and/or add dyes to these anomalies since these are natural products and not are totally controlled by man. All material are subject to 1/2 inch tolerances + or – ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC is not responsible for these occurrences. ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC, does not seal or enhance any stone (marble, granite, quartz, quartzite). Natural Stone may differ from samples/slabs; therefore, no guarantee as their uniformity/colors/patterns shall apply to this contract. Non-payment on any amount on this order, based on said variations shall be considered default.

Templates or Measurements

Due to the natural characteristic of the stone, seams location may change at time of fabrication without notice. all seams locations will not guarantee uniformity of the pattern or color and no customer request will be accepted. ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC requires customers to provide all sinks, sinks templates at the time of measurements unless sinks are purchased from ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC. If ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC makes any templates or patterns of sinks, cooktops, or specialty cut outs, the customer agrees to pay the additional charges.

Installation and liability

Installation and /or delivery shall be scheduled width customers approval. ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC will email and/or call customers to coordinate installation and/or delivery. At the time of installation and/or delivery. At the time of installation and/or delivery if the surface (walls, surfaces, cabinetry, and/or access point leading to the job) are not completed and/or accessible, buyer forfeits their installation date and will be charged for an additional trip charge of no less than $300.00 for the rescheduling of the installation. The delay of installation and /or delivery will occur without penalty to ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC as buyer must ensure all areas are ready for installation. in such an event, ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC will reschedule delivery and installation in the normal course of business and availability. ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC use precautions during the installation. However, due to the weight, bulkiness, and dimensions of the products, ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC is not responsible for damages to cabinets, surrounding walls, sheet rock, floors, stairs and or other type of electro domestic or appliances or other type of flooring and other adjacent materials. It is highly recommendable that final wall finishes, painting of cabinetry, tile, and/or surrounding be completed following the countertops installation. If it´s necessary to cut or remove any items that may interfere with the installation of the stone ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC will not be responsible and the buyer must have the area adjusted prior to the installation date to avoid rescheduling. (Ex. Tile, Backsplashes, sinks, plumbing, mirrors, etc.) it is the buyer´s responsibility to cut, re-install, and/or put back into place any all items removed prior or during installation. if ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC agrees to handle such items, the buyer understand that ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING LLC will not be responsible for any damages , leaks, electronics items, items not properly secured, tec. Due to our cutting, re-installing, and/or placing items back into place.

Support

buyer is responsible for brackets for all overhangs over than 9 inches, including but no limited to attachment and/or detachment of the dishwasher clips.

Inspection

Upon work being completed, it is the Buyer and/or Buyer´s agents responsibility to be present to be present to inspect completed work and submit the full payment.
