We take pride in customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship. Our goal is to make your project a success. To ensure we obtain an accurate field measure/template, the following conditions and specifications need to be completed before the template appointment. Please take a moment to review and check off each box. For customers putting a deposit down, your deposit is acceptance of the terms and conditions regardless if a signature is added to the documents. - All material, edge details and overhang dimensions have been selected by the customer. Excessive overhangs (greater than 9″) may need support (Not supplied by ALL In Cruz Remodeling). Due to our large volume there will be a variation in color and physical appearance in the material.
- All upper and lower cabinets and end panels have been set level and straightness (including existing cabinets in remodels) will need to be properly adjusted prior to installation of countertops. Leveling and adjustments in walls or cabinets are NOT included in the countertop price provided.
- All fixtures (i.e. sinks, ranges, cooktops, faucets) are on the site prior to template appointement for measurement proposes. All electrical boxes are their permanent location. All range/cooktop/hoods/microwave hoods, farmhouse sinks, or apron sinks have been set in their permanent location prior to template appointment.
- Customers will be present at the template and installation to verify and approve details. any oversized piece will have a charge of $200 per person to help load and carry the material.
- Customers will be responsible to cover floors, furniture, walls, due to dust from cut outs (EX.) Top mount , cook top, vessel and faucets. Are cut on site and will create dust. We do not provide cleaning service.
- Customer is responsible for brackets and attachment of dishwasher clips.
- If you are not going to be at the installation or need to leave before the installation is completed, a check must be left with the installers prior the installation. if you are present at the installation you do need to make a payment by check, cash o zelle transfer, at the time of completion of the installation if there is no payment or no one shows up our installers will remove the countertops. The client is responsible for any applicable fees. The customer agrees to allow ALL IN CRUZ REMODELING to use pictures of the job in promotional material.
- Customer is responsible for removing all items from cabinets and countertops prior to installation appointment.
- Customer is responsible for the disconnections and re connection of all plumbing, gas and electrical equipment.
- Customer is responsible to move all the appliances (Stove, Refrigerator) that are in the way of the installation. Mirror and tile backsplash must be removed or cut by the client. Splashes in granite material are not less than 4″.
- Sinks Are not Refundable; they are a final sale product.
- Failure to Prepare any of the above Checklist items may result in a trip charge of $200.00 Termination fee $500.00 . I needed to place a 2nd deposit once payment is received, we will start the fabrication process for the order.
- Delays may occur, we will advise clients with as much anticipation as possiblebut sometimes cancellations are at the last minute. We will not provide any compensation for canceling due to weather, material or unforseen events.
- Power is must required in new constructions.
